openBIM, key to the future development of AEC Ecosystems in Europe
The buildingSMART International Standards Summit took place in Rome between the 27th and 30th of March 2023. This event brought together the international openBIM community to discuss and help shape the standards and services that ensure a more sustainable, productive, and collaborative future for the built asset industry. The event was designed for professionals that want to improve the industry by sharing best practices, open data standards and finding better ways of working together for a brighter future.
This event was focused on delivering “A Diverse and Sustainable Future with openBIM” and Autodesk was one of the main sponsors.
At this event, it has also been possible to learn about how women are pioneering new ways of working and how diversity is, how openBIM is at the core of standards and services making, and how new initiatives will affect change for the industry.
